📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue business opportunities with government and enterprise clients in South Sulawesi.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and tailor our EdTech and GovTech solutions to meet those needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, including pricing and contract terms.
• Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to drive sales growth.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech or GovTech industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and enterprise buying cycles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to travel 30-40% of the time for client meetings and events.
