📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business
• Develop and maintain best practices for cloud-based collaboration and productivity solutions
• Provide expert guidance and support to the IT team
• Monitor and optimize system performance and security
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for the team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 technology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the organization's digital transformation initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and engineering
• Certified as a Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation
• Experience with cloud-based collaboration and productivity solutions such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing complex IT projects
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
