In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Financial Accounting and Taxation (FAT) department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines by coordinating with the tax department.,Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Accounting and Taxation.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
