📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store,Manage and train a team of sales associates and cashiers,Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Maintain a clean and organized store environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus
