📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a database of potential candidates and update it regularly.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving recruitment targets.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
