📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Assist in the inventory management and ordering of ingredients.,Help in the training and development of junior staff.,Participate in the planning and execution of special events and promotions.,Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of the kitchen equipment.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Possession of a valid food handler's permit.
