In this role, you will work closely with our technical team to create clear and concise documentation for our products and services. You will also be responsible for reviewing and editing content to ensure accuracy and consistency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services
  • Review and edit content to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts
  • Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product developments
  • Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices
  • Provide technical writing training and support to other team members
  • Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick reference guides, and other technical resources
  • Participate in product development meetings and provide input on documentation needs

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English
  • Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
