📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met.,Handle cash transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, accurately and efficiently.,Assist in the operation of teller machines and other banking equipment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and customer information.,Promote and sell banking products and services to clients.,Collaborate with the branch manager and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.,Follow all relevant laws and regulations related to banking and financial services.,Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or banking role is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
