📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and speciality drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Ensure a clean and organized workstation, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and answer any questions they may have.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Experience with espresso machines and milk frothing equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
