Bahagia Putri Health Center is looking for a dedicated and experienced Finance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the financial decision-making process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.,Oversee the preparation of payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide financial support to the management team in making informed business decisions.,Monitor and manage the company's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Maintain relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a healthcare or financial organization.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.,Proficient in using financial software and accounting systems.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
