📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations in Palu.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the company's growth and success.
  • Lead and motivate the management team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage and develop the company's human resources, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee the company's financial performance and ensure profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and community leaders.
  • Represent the company in external meetings and events.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
