AETHER is seeking an experienced and dynamic Department Head to join our team in Yogyakarta. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds: the flexibility of remote work combined with the collaborative environment of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a department, driving performance, and ensuring the department's goals align with the company's overall objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.,Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Monitor departmental performance, setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the department in company meetings and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Strong understanding of HR practices and policies.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
