QUARK Nusantara is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility between office and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and tax returns.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategies.,Monitor and control financial performance against budget and forecast.,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and support staff.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
