🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in hybrid work settings is a plus.
