Tanggung Jawab:

• Providing tax advice and guidance to clients
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
• Managing a team of tax consultants
• Ensuring that the team is delivering high-quality service to clients
• Developing and implementing tax strategies for clients
• Providing training and development opportunities for the team
• Monitoring and reporting on tax performance
• Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian
• Valid tax consultant license
