Your daily tasks will include monitoring loading and unloading operations, coordinating with vessel crews, and ensuring that all documentation and reporting are accurately completed. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee vessel loading and unloading operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Monitor and record cargo quantities and quality to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with vessel crews to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff and new hires.
• Collaborate with the terminal management to improve operational efficiency and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the maritime or logistics industry.
• Proven experience in bulk cargo handling and loading operations.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards, such as ISM Code, ISPS Code, and SOLAS.
• Certification in Marine Cargo Handling (MCH) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a maritime security identification card (MSIC).
