📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the facility's operations, including production, inventory, and quality control.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.,Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and marketing, to ensure that operations align with the company's overall goals and objectives.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all products meet the required standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that materials and equipment are available when needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software is a plus.
