Ministry of Agriculture - Regional Office is seeking a dedicated PPPK Program Manager to join our team in Pangkal Pinang, Bangka Belitung. This role is crucial in managing and coordinating the PPPK (Program Penguatan Pangan dan Keamanan Pangan) program aimed at enhancing food security in the region.

As a PPPK Program Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing programs that address food security issues, ensuring that the needs of the community are met effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, food security, and program management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement PPPK programs to enhance food security in Bangka Belitung.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local communities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of PPPK programs to ensure they meet their objectives.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to farmers and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit reports on program activities and outcomes.
  • Represent the Ministry of Agriculture in meetings and events related to food security.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support program objectives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Security, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, particularly in the food security sector.
  • Strong understanding of PPPK programs and their implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Knowledge of local agricultural practices and challenges in Bangka Belitung.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to food security.
