📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job postings and promote job openings through various channels to attract qualified candidates.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through professional networking and job fairs.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve recruitment processes and strategies.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
