📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Develop and implement process improvements, workflows, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.,Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and understand business needs.,Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.,Conduct process audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Monitor and measure process performance, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.,Provide training and support to employees on new processes and systems.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in business processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business process analysis role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.,Proficiency in business process modeling tools, such as Bizagi, Visio, or similar software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.,Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry.,Familiarity with financial systems and processes, including core banking, risk management, and customer service.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
