MCi Career Services is looking for a Senior Executive, HR Business Partner (Nursing) to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial in supporting the nursing department with HR strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for healthcare.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the nursing department's goals.
  • Manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities to improve morale and productivity.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment and retention strategies, including talent acquisition and development.
  • Serve as a business partner to the nursing department, advising on HR-related matters.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor HR team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Certification in HR or related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
