You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance,Develop and implement documentation strategies to improve user experience,Conduct documentation audits to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Mentor and train junior technical writers,Contribute to the development of our internal documentation tools and processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field,5+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
