In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise technical documentation that helps our customers understand and use our products effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to customers on the use of our products.,Participate in product development discussions to ensure documentation aligns with product requirements.,Work with the marketing team to create product brochures and other promotional materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Confluence.,Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
