Impian Property Management is seeking a dedicated Villa Supervisor to oversee and manage our villa properties in the Ubud area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail to ensure our guests have a memorable and comfortable stay. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for career growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of villa properties,Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure villas are ready for guest arrival,Manage and maintain inventory of amenities and supplies,Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally,Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards,Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports,Work closely with the property management team to ensure smooth operations,Promote and enhance the guest experience through attention to detail and excellent service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or property management,Familiarity with villa management and guest services,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Experience with basic maintenance and repair tasks is a plus
