📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in compliance with international and local regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide training and awareness programs to ensure staff compliance with HSE standards.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics using SAP and MS Office.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses to prevent recurrence and improve safety protocols.
• Collaborate with management to ensure HSE objectives are integrated into operational planning.
• Maintain and update HSE documentation and records.
• Promote a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility across the shipyard.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in a maritime or industrial environment.
• Certification in OH&S (Occupational Health and Safety) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using SAP and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with maritime and shipyard operations is a plus.
