📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards
- Ensure high-quality food production by following food safety and hygiene practices
- Assist the Head Chef in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistent quality of food
- Keep up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques
- Participate in inventory management and cost control
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the catering industry
- Proficient in using kitchen equipment and tools
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with catering software and tools
- Willingness to travel and work in different locations
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
