As a Logistics/Materials Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and goods from suppliers to our production facilities. You will work closely with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to forecast demand, plan inventory, and coordinate logistics activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Work with the procurement team to negotiate and secure competitive pricing for materials.
• Collaborate with production planners to ensure adequate inventory levels for smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reorder points to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce lead times and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in logistics or materials planning (fresh graduates welcome).
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry standards.
