📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple business units.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with senior management to align operational goals with the company's strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations managers and supervisors.
- Utilize advanced software such as SAP and Oracle for data analysis and reporting.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in multi-unit operations management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operations in a complex, multi-unit environment.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using SAP and Oracle for data analysis and reporting.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar operational excellence programs is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for business purposes.
