📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve workplace culture
• Partner with managers to design and deliver training programs that support business objectives and employee development
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts, mediating disputes and implementing fair resolutions
• Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of HR strategies and make data-driven decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, attending relevant workshops and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations and people management, with a proven track record of success
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
