📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist certified laboratory technicians in performing routine and specialized diagnostic tests.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as the Sysmex XE-2100i and Abbott i-STAT.
• Prepare and process patient samples according to standard operating procedures.
• Record and document test results accurately and promptly.
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure lab accuracy and compliance.
• Learn and apply HACCP principles to maintain food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the laboratory team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the lab.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Currently enrolled in a Medical Laboratory Technology program or have completed a related degree.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Certified in at least one laboratory certification program (e.g., ASCP, AABB).
• Proficient in using Sysmex XE-2100i and Abbott i-STAT equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work in a standing position for extended periods.
