📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian tax laws.,Monitor and review tax policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with the latest regulations and best practices.,Provide guidance and support to the tax team, including training and mentoring junior staff.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of tax processes to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure tax compliance across all business units.,Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations, and stay informed about changes that may impact the company.,Prepare and present tax reports to senior management and external auditors.,Ensure timely and accurate payment of taxes and other obligations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax supervision or a related role, with a strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful tax compliance and reporting.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.,Certification in tax-related courses or programs is a plus.
