📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and pursue business opportunities with government and enterprise clients in South Sulawesi.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and tailor our EdTech and GovTech solutions to meet those needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, including pricing and contract terms.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to drive sales growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech or GovTech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and enterprise buying cycles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time for client meetings and events.
